Project Site Supervisor

Job Overview

OsoolTree Real Estate Company is seeking a proactive Project Site Supervisor to manage structural and finishing phases in its residential development projects located in Riyadh. The role demands a consistent on-site presence to oversee contractor performance, uphold quality standards, and ensure adherence to schedules and technical specifications.

Key Duties

• Perform regular inspections of site activities during structural and finishing stages.
• Manage and supervise the work of contractors and subcontractors daily on site.
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
• Identify and report any deviations from quality or design immediately to relevant parties.
• Monitor and compare actual progress against the planned project timeline.
• Compile weekly comprehensive reports documenting progress percentages, delays, potential risks, alongside photographic evidence.
• Track and ensure closure of all site observations and issues noted.
• Confirm the satisfactory completion of work before authorizing contractor payments.
• Enforce all site safety protocols and maintain site discipline rigorously.
• Participate in coordination meetings and relay clear updates to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant construction discipline.
• At least 5 years experience supervising residential construction sites.
• Strong understanding of structural frameworks and finishing works.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Excellent communication and reporting capabilities.
• Detail-focused, disciplined, and able to enforce strict controls.
• Competent in handling multiple active projects across Riyadh simultaneously.
