Key Responsibilities

  • Processing receipt of goods and invoices using the GRN (Goods Receipt Note) application.
  • Receiving and verifying materials and plant requisitions from project teams, ensuring accuracy regarding project codes and work breakdown structures before forwarding to procurement.
  • Collaborating closely with site teams, including traveling to locations to address ongoing concerns.
  • Setting up site processes for collecting and managing GRNs, including identifying responsible individuals and ensuring their compliance.
  • Ensuring complete alignment of documentation between the GRN App and the MSD 365 system.
  • Investigating missing GRNs, identifying non-compliance areas, and working with accounts payable, procurement, and commercial teams to resolve issues such as missing delivery notes or quantity mismatches.
  • Supporting maintenance tasks like GRN reversal and assisting with purchase order and project closures.
  • Taking on additional tasks to support site operations as needed, depending on availability and task nature.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in Accounts Payable or similar roles.
  • Experience within the construction industry is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 is a significant plus.
  • Strong attention to detail to manage a high volume of invoices effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proactive, compliance-focused team player capable of working independently.
