Overview

This position is part of Lockheed Martin's Enterprise Operation Protective Intelligence team, supporting Executive Protection, Counterintelligence, and Global Security efforts. The role involves delivering vital risk-based intelligence assessments to senior leadership through open-source research and data evaluation focused on security concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct open-source and risk-driven intelligence reviews relevant to security matters.
  • Prepare succinct and high-level intelligence briefings for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and multidisciplinary teams to meet diverse objectives.
  • Analyze raw intelligence, identify trends, perform geopolitical research, and apply risk mitigation strategies related to security disciplines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent 3-4 years of experience within the Intelligence Community, Protective Intelligence, or continuous security operations.
  • Certification or practical experience in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) methods, including collection and evaluation techniques.
  • Background or education in Insider Threat analysis, workplace violence, investigations, Counterintelligence, or Human Intelligence.
  • Understanding of personal protection operations, privacy considerations, operational security, and physical security methods.

Desired Expertise

  • Minimum two years professional experience or four years education in security fields such as 24/7 operations, protection details, intelligence, security research, or social media intelligence gathering.
  • Technical proficiency with social media monitoring tools, dark-web/deep-web information collection, and fundamental cybersecurity concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, data analytics tools, Linux or Python scripting, and traditional data management practices.
  • Strong communication abilities for producing clear and concise reports intended for senior leadership.
  • Knowledge or experience in geopolitics or international relations.
  • Exposure to Protective Intelligence and Executive Protection environments through internships, military, law enforcement, or corporate security roles.
