QA Automation Engineer (Playwright, Selenium)

Job Overview

We are searching for an experienced Test Automation Engineer with at least 5 years in automation testing to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in C#, Python, or Java and will also take leadership roles guiding projects and mentoring junior members. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, create, and run automation test scripts utilizing Selenium with C# and the Page Object Model framework.
• Lead automation initiatives and provide mentorship to junior testers on best practices in automation.
• Conduct both functional and hybrid testing, involving manual and automated approaches, according to Scrum team needs.
• Establish and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to support efficient distributed testing.
• Apply Microsoft technologies and Azure Cloud services to enhance testing operations.
• Use DevOps tools like Git and Azure DevOps for smoother development and testing processes.
• Perform API testing and database validation with hands-on proficiency.
• Utilize test management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) to plan and execute testing efforts effectively.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, product owners, and technical members to ensure alignment of testing activities.
• Maintain a robust understanding of Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) and Agile Scrum methodologies to succeed in a dynamic work environment.
