Job description
Role Overview
The Quality Manager will oversee internal quality control procedures and external customer quality management to uphold high standards. This position requires actively tracking parts per million (PPM) levels, analyzing rejection trends, and implementing effective corrective actions. The ideal candidate will also manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with relevant standards such as IATF, MACE, and ZED certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and regulate in-house quality assurance processes and maintain control over parts per million (PPM) levels.
- Identify and analyze rejection patterns to reduce quality issues effectively.
- Handle customer quality requirements by preparing and submitting Initial Component Approval (ICA) reports and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Administer and ensure compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with standards including IATF, MACE, and ZED.
