As a key global supplier, LG VS supports major trends in vehicle electrification, infotainment, telematics, connectivity and intelligent driving software.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all customer quality concerns including both field and zero-kilometer claims.
- Serve as the primary liaison between OEM customers and the company’s headquarters in Korea for claim processing.
- Prepare, review, and validate quality-related documents such as 8D reports.
- Lead root cause analyses by evaluating data and collaborating with international technical stakeholders.
- Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with OEM representatives across different locations.
- Provide direct on-site support to customers and actively engage in resolving ongoing issues.
- Oversee coordination of product reflash initiatives, ensuring thorough planning, proper execution, and diligent tracking.
- Generate reports on quality key performance indicators and suggest areas for improvements to management.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Several years of professional experience in automotive quality management.
- In-depth familiarity with 8D methodology and structured problem-solving approaches.
- Customer-focused, analytical thinker with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to undertake travel as required.
- Strong communication abilities in an international context.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory; knowledge of Korean is advantageous.
