About The Role
This role is part of the experienced Project Controls team at Group Level, collaborating closely with Business Unit Senior Management and Commercial Teams. The Quantity Surveyor will be instrumental in shaping financial strategies, providing reports on high-profile projects, conducting risk analysis, and assessing commercial outcomes. The Project Controls Department is crucial for overseeing project cost management strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational financial requirements, and contributing to overall business success. The position involves collating and analyzing commercial data, identifying risks and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project commercial teams on all active projects.
- Analyze project commercial data to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare comprehensive summary reports for Executive Management across the group.
- Review monthly commercial submissions from project teams, ensuring accuracy and identifying trends.
- Support quarterly forecasts for revenue and profit predictability.
- Produce cost performance reports (weekly/monthly) as required.
- Engage regularly with Business Units to enhance commercial alignment.
Additional Information
This position is based at our head office in Dublin, requiring 4 days per week, with occasional travel to our sites across Europe.
