Role Overview
We are recruiting a full-time, on-site Secondary Sales Agent in Dubai. This role involves assisting clients with purchasing, selling, and renting properties while ensuring excellent customer service and long-lasting client relationships. Key duties encompass sourcing and marketing property listings, conducting property viewings, negotiating transactions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends to offer clients insightful and expert guidance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven track record in real estate sales, especially in off-plan properties.
- Between 6 months to 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and manage client relationships efficiently.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Highly self-motivated with a goal-oriented mentality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related discipline preferred.
- Multilingual fluency is a plus.
