Role Overview

We are looking for a Listing Agent to take full responsibility for the property listing lifecycle, from acquiring new listings and liaising with property owners to managing listings on online portals and positioning properties effectively in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new property listings throughout Abu Dhabi.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with landlords and property owners.
• Develop thorough listing presentations including media assets, detailed descriptions, and competitive pricing.
• Upload and maintain property inventory on leading portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
• Ensure listings are consistently accurate, updated, and meet portal regulations.
• Coordinate property availability and viewing schedules in collaboration with the sales team.
• Analyze market pricing and comparable listings to provide informed advice to owners.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in managing real estate listings, utilizing online property portals, and CRM systems effectively.
• Excellent organizational capabilities with strong attention to detail.
• Professional and assertive communication skills for engaging landlords and owners.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is mandatory.
