The role emphasizes comprehensive management from structural works through finishing details, particularly focusing on finishing materials and labor coordination to achieve immaculate final stages.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large residential and commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee and control quality of finishing materials used throughout the projects.
- Coordinate and manage labor forces to ensure efficient and clean finishing phases.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of professional experience in managing sizable real estate projects.
- Proven ability to manage all phases of construction including structural and finishing stages.
