Receptionist Cum Telecaller

Overview

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Receptionist Cum Telecaller to handle patient interactions at our hospital front desk and convert inquiries into confirmed treatment plans. This position requires constant patient engagement, excellent communication skills, and a courteous, ethical approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and professionally assist walk-in patients and answer their inquiries.
• Clearly communicate treatment procedures, packages, and their benefits to patients.
• Counsel patients according to doctor recommendations, guiding them to appropriate treatment plans.
• Address patients' objections diplomatically and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Follow up with interested patients who have not yet confirmed their treatments.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and billing personnel to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain precise records of patient inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups.
• Meet daily and monthly conversion and revenue targets as assigned.
• Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and trust throughout engagements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Preference for female candidates.
• Prior experience in healthcare sales, hospital front office, or clinic counseling preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to simplify complex medical or treatment information for patients.
• Target-oriented with an ethical approach to sales.
• Basic knowledge of computers, including billing software, Excel, and WhatsApp for follow-ups.
• Friendly personality with a professional appearance.

Experience

1 to 3 years experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, or wellness center sales is preferred. However, freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹12000 to ₹17000.
