About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join The iNUA Hotel Collection team located in Leixlip, County Kildare, Ireland. As the initial point of contact for our guests, you will be essential in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere, ensuring an outstanding experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with a friendly demeanor to establish a positive first impression.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including payment processing following company protocols.
• Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest questions and resolving issues professionally.
• Operate the front desk switchboard, directing incoming calls and providing accurate information.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and clean reception area at all times.
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing and photocopying as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience working in hospitality, ideally within a hotel setting.
• A strong commitment to exceeding guest expectations and providing high-quality service.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with guests from varied backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) like HotSoft and/or Opera.
