About the Role
Drool Group is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our pet services team in Dubai. As the initial point of contact for clients and their animals, you will be responsible for ensuring every interaction reflects care and excellence. Our organization integrates grooming, boarding, daycare, training, transport, retail, and veterinary services across multiple UAE locations including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, with a mission to provide unparalleled care for pets and their owners.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally.
- Handle scheduling and manage communications via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Coordinate effectively with grooming, boarding, training, and veterinary teams.
- Accurately process billing and payment transactions.
- Keep meticulous records of clients and their pets.
- Ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience throughout all interactions.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Preferred prior UAE experience in receptionist or customer service roles.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
- Comfortable around dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes.
- Positive mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for animals and delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in pet-related industries, hospitality, or luxury service sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
