Divided into various specializations, we are now looking for a new team member for our SMB team in White Collar.

Your Responsibilities

• As part of our diverse team, you will be fully responsible for recruiting and employee support.
• You will consistently search for and find the best candidates from various industries for our assignments.
• You will find great satisfaction in identifying the perfect match for our clients and employees.
• You will be enthusiastic about speaking with top talents in recruiting and engaging them through various channels.
• Service excellence will always be your focus, as doing just an adequate job is not enough.
• You will also contribute to various other team projects, such as our inclusion initiatives (e.g., www.adecco.de/jobs-inklusion).

Your Profile

• We warmly welcome career changers with a commercial background (m/f/d); we will train you in everything you need to know. Industry experience is a plus but not a requirement.
• As you can see, humor and strong communication skills are essential.
• We also work in English; if you are unsure, we will help you assess and improve your personal level.
• Naturally, you will also handle serious matters, which we will address in a structured manner as a team.
• Ultimately, you are a motivated, success-oriented individual who is not discouraged by complex challenges.
