Role Overview
As a Recruiting Analyst, your core responsibilities encompass the end-to-end talent acquisition life cycle. This includes identifying recruitment needs, crafting attractive job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening and shortlisting applicants, conducting interviews, selecting suitable hires, and managing onboarding procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sourcing activities for candidates within the NA Process.
- Analyze and resolve low-complexity recruitment challenges.
- Engage regularly with peer colleagues and escalate updates to supervisors.
- Operate under moderate supervision for routine tasks and receive detailed instructions for new assignments.
- Make decisions that affect personal work and may influence colleagues' outputs.
- Perform as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on defined work scopes.
- Manage relationships effectively with multiple stakeholders and clients whenever required.
- Adhere to deadlines and perform reliably under pressure.
- Collaborate harmoniously within team environments.
- Be prepared to work in rotational shifts as per role requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completion of any graduation degree.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and recruiting processes.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing and management.
- Proficient at building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Capability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
