eir business talent is expanding and seeks a skilled 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This position suits a recruiter who thrives on both acquiring new business and providing outstanding talent solutions. The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle, establishing long-term client partnerships, and handling a blend of contract and permanent IT recruitment assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business through proactive engagement with clients.
• Manage and grow your personal client portfolio.
• Create job vacancies in both IT contract and permanent positions.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment workflow from initial client intake to final placement.
• Source, engage, and evaluate highly qualified technology professionals.
• Negotiate job offers, contracts, and commercial agreements effectively.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines within critical technology skill areas.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs.
• Keep detailed and accurate records in CRM and ATS systems.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 years recruitment experience within the Irish market.
• Demonstrated success working as a 360-degree recruiter.
• Proven background recruiting in IT, technology, or digital sectors.
• Strong skills in business development and client acquisition.
• Experience placing both permanent and contract roles is highly valued.
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven with a proactive mindset for generating opportunities.
• Capable of managing multiple client and candidate relationships simultaneously.
