About the Role
Access Healthcare is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Recruitment Consultants at their Dublin office. Comprehensive training will be provided for this full-time, onsite position. The role offers a clear and transparent career progression path with 12 distinct promotion levels, each with predefined criteria ensuring merit-based advancement without internal politics.
Responsibilities
- Craft and publish job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
- Screen and evaluate incoming resumes to identify top talent aligned with client requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for successfully recruited candidates.
- Schedule shifts for candidates, with commission earned per shift booked.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of demonstrated success in any commercial sector, with a preference for target-driven roles.
- A robust commercial acumen and excellent communication abilities.
- Candidates must hold an Irish passport, EU passport, or a Stamp 4 visa.
Career Progression
Access Healthcare features a unique 'No-Politics Progression' system with 12 promotion levels. Advancement is based solely on meeting fixed, pre-defined criteria. For example:
Promotion 1 Criteria:
- Achieve booking at least 30 shifts weekly for four consecutive weeks.
- Register 20 new candidates.
- Successfully pass the CRM assessment.
Promotion 2 Criteria:
- Maintain an average weekly margin of €6,000+ for three months.
- Register an additional 15 new candidates.
- Engage in client meetings.
- Mentor a junior team member.
The detailed criteria for all 13 levels will be provided upon commencement.
Compensation and Benefits
- A competitive basic salary complemented by uncapped earning potential.
- Projected average total compensation of €45,000+ in the first year.
- Projected average total compensation of €75,000+ in the second year.
Location and Working Hours
This is a fully onsite role based at our Dublin 2 office. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Fridays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
