Position Overview
We are seeking a Regional Recruiter to support restaurant leadership within the Minnesota region. This role focuses on sourcing and selecting candidates for Restaurant Manager and field leadership roles while guiding recruitment best practices regionally. You will identify regional hiring patterns, conduct interviews, coach leaders on hiring strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates creatively for leadership roles including Restaurant Managers.
- Manage and facilitate interview processes for regional leadership recruitment.
- Partner with senior field leaders to design recruitment strategies based on trend analyses and reports.
- Support recruitment efforts for hourly roles by collaborating with restaurant teams and addressing staffing needs.
- Coach leaders on effective interviewing, staffing techniques, and enhancing candidate experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador and employee advocate promoting innovation and positive change.
- Coordinate with HR business partners and centers of expertise to deploy recruitment initiatives tailored to regional demands.
- Implement recruitment campaigns and processes regionally, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Engage deeply in understanding business operations to facilitate succession planning.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least two years of recruiting experience or related expertise; experience in multi-unit restaurant or retail environments is desirable.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence leaders effectively.
- Proven results-oriented mindset with independent judgment on complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to work autonomously in ambiguous contexts.
- Experienced in leading change initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional, remote teams.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $63,000 to $85,500 annually. Additionally, candidates are eligible for performance-based bonuses and equity awards. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid sick leave, vacation time, and more.
