Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting functions for a dynamic organization. This full-time remote position involves direct collaboration with the owner to provide accurate financial insights and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger upkeep.
- Accurately handle financial data entry and maintenance within Workamajig or related software systems.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and contribute to budget planning processes.
- Ensure financial records are meticulously organized and comply with regulatory standards.
- Work closely with ownership to interpret financial data and provide reporting assistance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience performing independent bookkeeping or accounting duties.
- Proficiency with Workamajig software or comparable financial management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and dependability.
- Capability to perform effectively in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
- Clear and effective communication abilities.
