- Stay updated on best coaching and employee support practices to ensure quality service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
- Professional experience in coaching, counselling, or related employee support roles.
- Formal certification or qualification in coaching, counselling, psychology, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport online.
- Deep commitment to confidentiality and adherence to professional ethics.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities for independent workload management.
- Proficiency with virtual communication platforms like Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
