• Highly self-driven and motivated to excel
• Potential or eagerness to develop leadership capabilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time efficiently
• Competency in fundamental computer tools such as Zoom and Google Calendar
• Previous experience in sales or management is advantageous but not mandatory
