About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic organization remotely. Supporting over 650 employees across various states, this position plays a vital role in delivering comprehensive HR services including employment offers, onboarding, employee relations, policy oversight, leave administration, and managing terminations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate onboarding and employment offers to new hires.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure clear communication between staff and management.
  • Oversee policy implementation and handle leaves of absence.
  • Participate in the termination process, including conducting exit interviews.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruiting team on hiring procedures.
  • Support benefits administration and assist with the maintenance of HRIS systems, preferably UKG.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Three to five years of relevant HR experience with strong familiarity in HRIS management (UKG preferred).
  • Knowledgeable in employment law and experienced with internal investigations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a virtual work environment.
