About the Company

Zaro Group, headquartered in Shkoder and active since 2003, has developed from a local business into a trusted international supplier of premium ornamental plants. With extensive experience and a strong connection to nature, the company serves customers across Europe and other international markets.

Due to continued growth, the company is seeking a Remote Sales Manager to support customer relationships and uncover new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers in both local and international markets.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and maintain them over time.
Present products and prepare offers tailored to customer needs.
Handle negotiations and manage the sales process through to closure.
Track market trends and spot new opportunities for business growth.
Prepare regular reports on sales activity and performance results.
Attend client meetings in Shkoder or abroad when required by the business.

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Strong focus on results and achieving targets.
Ability to develop professional relationships with clients at different levels.
Good command of the English language.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Valid category B driving license.
Willingness to travel for work within Albania and internationally.

Additional Information

This role includes frequent business travel and client meetings as an important part of the position. Meetings may take place at the business center in Shkoder or at various locations across Europe, depending on business needs.
