Research Assistant

Role Overview

This full-time remote position as a Research Assistant with FVN Research entails supporting various research initiatives from conception to completion. Key duties include collecting and organizing data from diverse sources, performing thorough literature reviews, and aiding in the formulation and application of research methods.

The role involves analyzing both quantitative and qualitative datasets, preparing concise summaries, and assisting in the creation of reports, presentations, and internal documents. Collaboration with fellow researchers and team members is essential to maintain accurate documentation of research activities, ensure project deadlines are met, and uphold quality standards.

Effective communication through regular virtual meetings and adherence to ethical and confidentiality standards are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong abilities in analytical thinking and critical evaluation, capable of interpreting data and deriving meaningful conclusions.
• Proficiency with fundamental data analysis tools such as Excel, statistical software, or data visualization applications, and comfortable handling datasets.
• Competent in research skills including comprehensive literature reviews, information gathering, and documenting findings systematically.
• Clear and succinct communication skills for verbal and written dissemination of summaries, reports, and presentations.
• Excellent organizational skills with proven time management, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and meeting deadlines in a remote work environment.
