Role Overview
As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact in shaping an outstanding guest experience. Your role is to make guests feel welcomed and to help set the tone for the service they can expect upon arrival.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service consistently.
- Maximize revenue by guiding guests toward suitable options and encouraging upgrades where appropriate.
- Share information about hotel facilities and support guests with questions or special requests.
- Handle room bookings, enter rooming lists, and keep reservation details current and accurate in the system.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is guest-oriented, has strong people skills, and can solve problems effectively. Prior experience is considered an advantage. Familiarity with Opera or a similar property management/reservation system is preferred. Strong English communication is required, and knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
