About the Role
Satel seeks an attentive, trustworthy, and resident-centric Specialist to join its Operations team in Riyadh. The role goes far beyond handling communications—it's about managing the entire resident lifecycle from inquiry through to move-out. This includes earning trust, especially with expatriate residents, by delivering exceptional service under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all resident communications with professionalism, promptly addressing inquiries, complaints, and daily requests empathetically and accurately.
- Establish and maintain long-lasting trust with residents through consistent follow-up and transparent communication.
- Serve as the main contact point for resident-related concerns.
- Collaborate closely with maintenance, cleaning, leasing, and compound teams to quickly resolve issues and follow up to completion.
- Schedule work orders, track progress, and conduct site visits as needed to ensure quality standards and timely resolutions.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on resident cases, property readiness, and satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain precise documentation of all communications and monitor properties to escalate risks or recurring problems proactively.
- Assist leasing teams during pre-move-in and post-move-out processes, facilitating onboarding, unit handovers, and contract understanding.
- Coordinate smoothly between residents and internal departments during transitions.
Candidate Profile
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to notice subtle issues.
- Efficient and organized, capable of managing high volumes without compromising quality.
- Emotionally intelligent, adept at understanding people beyond mere messages.
- Responsible and accountable, owning tasks fully rather than just responding.
- Proactive and solution-focused without waiting for direct instructions.
- Comfortable engaging with expatriate residents and diverse cultural backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Experience in residential compounds, serviced apartments, hotels, or property management is strongly preferred.
- Ability to handle pressure and juggle multiple cases efficiently.
- Strong follow-up capabilities coupled with a professional communication approach.
- Knowledge of maintenance processes and resident-facing operations is advantageous.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM or property management software.
- Experience in customer service catering to premium or high-end clients.
- Basic understanding of leasing agreements, contracts, and facility management.
