Royal York Property Management is a premier property management firm in Canada, overseeing numerous residential rental units across Ontario. We seek dependable and meticulous Cleaners to expand our professional cleaning team.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct move-in and move-out cleaning for residential rental properties.
• Perform thorough vacancy turnover cleaning for apartments and homes.
• Provide regular housekeeping for occupied residences as needed.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, and common surfaces diligently.
• Complete specialized tasks such as cleaning baseboards, interiors of cabinets, and appliances.
• Utilize a mobile app for job assignments, instructions, GPS navigation, uploading photos, and status updates.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company cleaning standards.
• Report any property damage, maintenance issues, or areas impossible to clean effectively.
• Travel independently between appointments using a personal vehicle.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of paid experience in professional cleaning.
• Comfort with both move-in/move-out cleaning and ongoing housekeeping duties.
• Ownership of a reliable vehicle for appointment travel and carrying cleaning materials.
• Possession of necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for residential tasks.
• Access to a compatible smartphone able to operate the company’s mobile work app (GPS, photo capture, instructions, job updates).
• Capability to clean detailed areas including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to cleaning instructions.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Dependability and punctuality with GPS-confirmed arrival times.
