  • Drive enhancements to HR and recruitment workflows to bolster efficiency, effectiveness, and positive candidate and employee experiences.
  • Collaborate with partners to implement solutions that elevate HR service delivery and workforce planning results.
  • Provide extensive administrative support to Resourcing Planning functions, ensuring smooth coordination of recruitment and talent initiatives.
  • Keep meticulous recruitment records adhering to GDPR, data protection, and document retention policies.
  • Manage recruitment-related documentation, maintaining report accuracy and access.
  • Assist in process improvement projects to optimize HR function service delivery and operational flow.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A third-level degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related area.
