Role Overview

The Retail Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in Dublin. The manager is responsible for overseeing daily store activities such as managing opening and closing routines, merchandising, conducting inventory inspections, and maintaining a tidy, organized, and appealing sales floor. Leadership duties include coaching the store team, setting and monitoring sales goals, and providing continuous feedback to foster professional growth. Handling customer escalations professionally and ensuring excellent service standards is essential. Additional responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, sales and KPI reporting, and working closely with the head office on promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills to provide clear guidance, constructive feedback, and effective collaboration with both team members and customers.
  • Expertise in customer service to ensure positive experiences in-store and to handle issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Team leadership abilities to motivate and develop a diverse retail workforce.
  • Proven sales skills aimed at meeting revenue targets and promoting products and marketing efforts.
  • Prior experience in retail management or supervisory roles is necessary.
  • Availability to work on-site in Dublin, including weekends and during peak retail seasons.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities and attention to detail for operations and merchandising tasks.
  • Familiarity with retail systems, point-of-sale technologies, and sales reporting tools.
  • A qualification in business, retail management, or a related discipline is considered advantageous.
