Daily Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering meaningful and memorable interactions
• Use expertise to educate and motivate customers about pet care products and services
• Complete sales transactions aiming to meet or surpass store sales targets
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and ensure new stock is correctly displayed and replenished promptly
• Stay informed on pet care knowledge, product updates, and services to provide up-to-date guidance
• Support a positive and enjoyable in-store team culture where everyone looks forward to working
• Promote and uphold a strong safety mindset, contributing to a secure team environment

Required Experience & Skills

• Genuine passion for animals and excellent customer service abilities
• Previous retail experience in similar environments
• A demonstrated commitment to achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues
• Physical capability to lift items up to 20 kilograms
• Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as required
