About the Role
Join Tetra Pak as a Sales Administrator within our Service Supply Network, playing a vital role in supporting regional customers and sales teams by ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient order processing. This position acts as a central liaison among sales, customers, and internal departments to uphold operational excellence and provide superior customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete order lifecycle management using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Verify pricing, commercial terms, and customer information for accuracy.
- Ensure prompt order entry, modifications, and closures.
- Deliver administrative and operational assistance to sales teams across regions.
- Assist with quotations, booking orders, pricing coordination, and contract management.
- Track orders proactively to handle delays or inconsistencies.
- Serve as the principal communication bridge between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service units.
- Address queries related to orders, billing discrepancies, and customer escalations.
- Maintain effective communication with global stakeholders operating across multiple time zones.
- Comply with global procedures and promote continuous process enhancements.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
- Between 3 to 6 years of practical experience in Sales Administration or Order Management, preferably within shared service environments.
- Demonstrated expertise with ERP software—SAP experience is highly preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience collaborating with international stakeholders is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills combined with strong communication abilities.
- Capability to manage large volumes of work in a dynamic, fast-paced global setting.
