Overview
This Sales Administrator position plays a pivotal support role in a dynamic, customer-centric food company. You will collaborate closely with teams in Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to maintain flawless operations across various customer accounts, promotional initiatives, and product introductions.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and manage customer pricing and data records accurately.
- Coordinate promotional activities and oversee customer promotion schedules.
- Assist forecasting activities by updating demand forecasts.
- Support new product launch procedures and documentation.
- Create sales reports and offer data assistance to the Commercial team.
- Perform daily administrative tasks for critical customer accounts.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal departments and external clients to ensure smooth delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptionally organized with an eye for detail.
- Comfortable handling numerical data and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel and open to mastering additional software tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills presented professionally.
- Adept at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.
- Prior experience in office-based or commercial support roles preferred.
- Experience with SAP or retailer portals is beneficial but not mandatory.
Additional Information
This is a site-based role, available at Tullamore, Cookstown, or Downpatrick locations in Ireland, working Monday to Friday during business hours. The position provides the opportunity to engage with leading retail clients and gain comprehensive exposure across commercial processes, offering a strong foundation for advancement within sales or commercial operations.
