Position Overview

The Sales Associate at Spencer's is entrusted with upholding exceptional Guest Services as established by company standards. This role supports the Store Management Team by actively driving sales, maintaining store cleanliness, arranging merchandise, posting signage, performing pricing, managing POS systems, and implementing loss prevention measures in line with company policies.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges between 15.35 and 15.60 Canadian dollars, with the exact pay determined by the candidate's qualifications and work experience. Physical Requirements
