Sales Associate - Spencer's

Position Overview

The Sales Associate at Spencer's plays a key role in upholding Guest Services following the company's standards. This role supports the Store Management Team in driving sales and maintaining the store's operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in generating retail sales and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform housekeeping tasks to ensure the store is clean and presentable.
• Handle merchandising, including signing and pricing products accurately.
• Operate the point of sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.
• Support loss prevention measures in compliance with company policies.
• Physically able to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand or walk for up to 8 hours.

• Minimum age of 17 years.
• Relevant experience and qualifications influence hourly pay rate.
