Role Overview
This role is embedded within the Enterprise Business team, a dynamic and collaborative unit dedicated to revolutionizing operations for large multinational enterprises via innovative payments and financial solutions, based in Singapore. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will focus on generating and qualifying leads to expand Airwallex’s Singapore Enterprise sales pipeline, engaging prospects to understand their needs and identifying valuable opportunities to progress sales funnel activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outreach to prospective clients through email and cold calls, following up systematically.
- Advance qualified leads through the sales funnel, coordinating meetings with salespersons.
- Build rapport with prospects to uncover needs and assess interest for handover to sales.
- Maintain and update CRM with activities and contacts, supporting reporting functions.
- Recommend and test outreach strategies to refine engagement approaches.
- Collaborate in developing best practices and contribute insights to marketing for improved targeting and messaging.
- Work closely with Account Executives during lead handovers and initial calls.
