Role Summary and Responsibilities
Amidst continued growth and a robust global sales force, the Sales Enablement Specialist will be pivotal in empowering sales teams by providing essential tools, content, and training.
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding and training programmes for sales personnel.
- Create, update, and manage sales collateral, playbooks, and resource materials.
- Oversee and optimize sales technology including Salesforce for managing leads, account assignments, and tracking opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to support strategic planning and execution initiatives.
- Communicate timely product updates and changes consistently throughout the sales team.
- Monitor the adoption rate of enablement tools and initiatives among sales members.
- Analyze sales performance metrics such as conversion rates and pipeline health; utilize findings to prioritize enablement improvements.
- Develop detailed reports and dashboards illustrating sales productivity and programme success, presenting actionable insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Proactively assess sales processes to identify inefficiencies, proposing scalable enhancements to boost productivity and pipeline stability.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in sales enablement, Revenue Operations, or similar roles within a B2B technology context.
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales environments, including content creation, tool management, training delivery, and process optimization.
- Proven track record in managing and refining sales processes, with expertise in programme implementation and performance analysis.
- Practical experience utilizing Salesforce and sales enablement platforms.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills to effectively liaise between sales teams and organizational leadership.
- Demonstrated capacity to continuously improve operations and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced global organizational setting.
- Comfort and proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows, expedite content development, and extract insights.
