Job description

Role Overview

The Sales Engineer will be instrumental in cultivating new business prospects and overseeing the entire sales process for HVAC products across the KSA region. This position focuses on establishing and nurturing strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and distributors to promote the product line.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities in the HVAC sector, specifically with duct type split units, cassette type air conditioners, and mini VRF systems.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, order closures, and payment follow-up.
  • Maintain and grow strategic relationships with key clients such as consultants, MEP contractors, and developers to ensure product inclusion in projects.
  • Develop and assess comprehensive technical and commercial proposals that match client needs, project requirements, and company pricing policies.
  • Conduct detailed market research to track competitor movements, trends, and pricing strategies; provide management with regular sales forecasts and market condition reports.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering is strongly preferred.
  • At least three years’ experience in HVAC sales, with a focus on VRF systems deemed highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
  • Sound commercial judgment and experience managing contract negotiations.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English for effective communication.
