Black Hat Senior Enterprises is a local consultancy business in Thane West, Maharashtra, led by founder and CEO Sunil Aba Pashte. It brings together several professional services in one place, spanning financial advisory, business and real estate guidance, and travel and tourism support.
Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and identifying fresh business opportunities in the Mumbai market.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales efforts to meet assigned targets, including finding leads, approaching prospects, and developing client relationships.
- Maintain strong connections with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Discover new business opportunities by networking, researching the market, and participating in industry events.
- Work with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall client experience.
- Review sales performance data, spot patterns, monitor key metrics, and refine sales approaches accordingly.
Desired Profile
- Candidates with around 5 to 10 years of experience in retail sales or a similar field are preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required; degrees such as B.B.A. or B.M.S. are suitable examples.
- Applicants should understand retail operations, inventory handling, POS systems, and cash management procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are important for interacting effectively with customers at different levels.
Eligibility
Applicants from B.B.A. / B.M.S. programs in Finance, Retail Management, Finance and Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism Management, or Banking and Insurance are eligible to apply.
Compensation
The offered package is INR 5,00,000 to 7,50,000 per year.
