Role Overview
The Tele Caller will interact with customers over phone, email, and chat to understand their needs, resolve concerns, and support the sales process. The role involves introducing suitable financial products and maintaining a professional, service-oriented approach throughout client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions through calls, emails, or chat and provide practical resolutions.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend relevant offerings such as insurance, loans, mutual funds, equity and bonds, portfolio management services, KYC support, deposits, home loans, loan against property, car loans, and similar products.
- Share correct details about the company’s products and assist with sales support and pre-sales conversations.
- Maintain courteous, professional communication with both customers and internal teams.
- Work toward the daily and weekly performance targets assigned by the organization.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants should have 1 to 6 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales.
- A graduate qualification such as B.A. in any specialization or an equivalent degree is required.
- Strong verbal communication and the ability to manage several conversations at once are important.
- Comfort with computer tools for data entry and maintaining records is expected.
