Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join Microtechnique It & Communications Solutions in Surat, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of IT-related products by generating and qualifying leads, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful order delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers through calls, emails, and digital channels.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate IT products or solutions.
• Deliver product presentations, prepare cost estimates, and finalize sales agreements.
• Maintain continuous follow-up with prospects and nurture strong client relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and diligently log activities into the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate degree with effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Up to 3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably involving IT products.
• Basic understanding of software, hardware, cloud computing, networking, or SaaS offerings.
• Proficient with CRM platforms, email communication, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong capabilities in lead generation, telesales, product demonstrations, follow-ups, sales negotiation, CRM management, and achieving targets.

Additional Information

This role primarily involves inside sales activities such as remotely contacting prospects via phone, email, or video conferencing to qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from INR 12,000 to 20,000.
