Work setup
This is an office/field role. Employees are expected to work full-time from their base location.
What you will do
The Sales Manager will manage assigned client accounts, work closely with restaurant partners, and help grow revenue and market share through strategic account planning and relationship management.
- Act as the main contact for allocated client accounts and understand each client’s priorities, expectations, and pain points.
- Create account plans that address challenges, support client goals, and improve growth against targets.
- Hold regular face-to-face business reviews with clients to assess performance, discuss improvement areas, and introduce new opportunities.
- Monitor account performance, sales numbers, funnel movement, and market shifts to spot risks and growth possibilities.
- Support recently onboarded partners by improving their basic operational hygiene and health metrics.
- Increase revenue from assigned accounts through monetization efforts and commercial enhancements.
- Expand counter share for assigned clients through focused strategy and market dominance planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners while helping improve restaurant NPS.
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Identify prospects, reach out proactively, and pitch the company’s value proposition to win new business partnerships.

The ideal candidate is a graduate with strong communication ability, a positive and confident personality, and a clear inclination toward sales. The role calls for someone who is comfortable working with diverse people, can think analytically, and is capable of using Excel and other data tools to interpret business performance. Candidates should be able to lead through influence, build connections across internal and external stakeholders, adapt quickly to change, and bring original ideas and initiative to the table.
Skills and capabilities
The position requires experience or understanding of e-commerce operations and online marketing channels, along with the ability to handle data-driven account management. The candidate should demonstrate ownership, relationship management, problem-solving ability, and a strong results focus.
