Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Sales Manager position based in Jiddah, Saudi Arabia, focuses on boosting revenue and broadening the client base. The role entails sourcing new business prospects, nurturing existing client connections, and presenting tailored logistics and shipping solutions. Responsibilities include preparing and negotiating contracts, monitoring sales outcomes, and working closely with operational and service teams to ensure correct pricing and smooth delivery. Daily duties encompass sales pipeline management, market analysis, sales reporting, and strategic support aimed at achieving sales goals and enhancing market foothold.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven sales experience, ideally in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping sectors.
Strong skills in client management and negotiation, capable of closing deals and managing key accounts.
Good knowledge of shipping operations, documentation, and international trade, with a plus for experience in Jiddah or nearby markets.
Excellent English communication and presentation abilities; additional languages are advantageous.
Capability to analyze market trends, devise sales strategies, and meet defined sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, on-site work environment collaborating with multiple departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software for sales tracking and reporting.
