Overview

We seek an SAP EWM & TM Support Consultant to oversee the operational support and enhancement of Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM) modules in SAP S/4HANA environments, ensuring efficiency and sustained performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert functional assistance for SAP EWM and TM modules within S/4HANA frameworks.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Level 2 and 3 incidents and service requests.
• Continuously monitor and refine warehouse and transport operational workflows.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify challenges and implement sensible solutions.
• Maintain seamless integration and data exchanges between EWM, TM, and other SAP S/4HANA modules.
• Support minor system configuration updates and testing to ensure uninterrupted business processes.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrable expertise in SAP EWM and TM modules.
• Hands-on experience working within SAP S/4HANA systems.
• Strong analytical skills paired with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Dependable, organized, and capable of managing urgent support tasks effectively.
• Experience in global support settings is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a welcomed bonus.
