Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to contribute to a government sector project focusing on Salesforce data migration. The role includes managing planning and estimation, conducting Agile ceremonies, and overseeing development and BAU activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and estimation for Salesforce data migration projects.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint showcases, Agile ceremonies, and retrospectives to monitor project progress and assist the team in overcoming blockers.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly release activities for development projects and BAU tasks.
• Generate regular reports detailing the status of development projects and business-as-usual activities on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Convert L3 help desk tickets into DevOps backlogs, maintaining linkages with historical tickets relating to similar issues.
• Prioritize epics, capture effort estimates, create features and tasks, and delegate assignments to developers.

Candidate Profile

• Strong expertise and experience with Salesforce platform is essential.
• Certified Scrum Master credential is required.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Experience within the government sector is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Information

• Offered remuneration: $950 per day plus superannuation.
• Work location: Parramatta with a hybrid onsite arrangement.
• Contract Duration: Initial 6-month engagement.
