About the Role
- Participate in evaluating and enhancing frontier AI coding models through detailed technical analysis.
- Focus on authentic security engineering processes and thorough model assessments.
- Positions are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Role Responsibilities
- Employ frontier AI coding agents to perform and assess intricate security engineering assignments.
- Analyze model-produced code and system designs to detect vulnerabilities, security threats, and implementation issues.
- Pinpoint bugs, uncommon edge cases, and security-related failure scenarios.
- Compare results from various frontier AI models, evaluating their advantages and limitations.
- Use expert engineering judgment in practical security engineering contexts.
Time Commitment
- Work is organized in sprint-based projects with 12 to 24-hour time frames depending on client specifications.
Candidature Requirements
- At least two years of professional experience in security engineering.
- Experience working in application, cloud, infrastructure security, vulnerability management, or against security tools.
- Regular interaction with AI coding agents like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, or equivalents.
- Capability to spot issues in code and architectures generated by models.
- Preferred experience includes securing systems in production environments.
Compensation Details
- Payment of $400 for each completed and accepted task.
- Each task typically requires around two to three hours after initial ramp-up.
- Remuneration is contingent upon acceptance of submitted work.
