Security Guard

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of company premises, offices, societies, or complexes located in Manjari, Pune. The position requires working 12-hour shifts, either day or night, to maintain surveillance and uphold safety protocols.

Key Duties

• Safeguard the company, office, society, or facility premises at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
• Inspect and log vehicles entering and leaving.
• Monitor CCTV cameras when applicable for suspicious activities.
• Report any unusual or suspicious actions or incidents promptly to superiors.
• Adhere strictly to security guidelines and company policies.
• Take appropriate measures during emergencies.
• Conduct regular patrols while staying vigilant throughout the duty period.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and security of the premises.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th grade pass (preferred).
• Previous experience in security work is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of carrying out duties.
• Reliable, responsible, and disciplined personality.
• Willingness to work any shift—day or night.
