• Background in physical security and delivering customer service
• Competence in managing emergency situations confidently and effectively
• Familiarity with security protocols and procedural standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and decisive judgment
• Keen attention to detail and exceptional observational aptitude
• Previous experience in a comparable supervisory security role is advantageous
