Role Overview

We seek a dependable individual who takes initiative to maintain the property impeccably and efficiently without constant supervision. This role involves hands-on responsibility for the upkeep and smooth functioning of the storage facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of the property to identify and address issues such as trash, damage, lighting failures, and leaks.
• Implement minor repairs including fixing locks, lighting, doors, toilets, and performing basic painting or patching as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas including hallways, driveways, storage units, restrooms, and manage waste disposal.
• Prepare storage units for new tenants by cleaning and readying them after move-outs.
• Ensure gates, lighting systems, and security alarms are operational at all times.
• Assist customers onsite by providing necessary help and support.
• Maintain the property’s appearance and function, fostering pride and ownership in the facility.
