Role overview

Adani Airport City is building hospitality-focused mixed-use airport city developments that combine retail, office space, hotels, and convention centres across multiple cities, including Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, and Guwahati. These initial phases cover more than 22 million square feet.

This opening is for an experienced DGM/AGM role in the CEO Office based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The position calls for 12 to 14 years of industry experience, along with strong business analytics capability.

Experience

• 12 to 14 years of work experience, preferably in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Build and review detailed business and financial models and prepare presentations that support investment choices and strategic planning.
• Carry out financial reviews after projects, including monitoring costs, tracking revenue, and assessing profitability.
• Keep up with market developments and industry practices, and collect relevant intelligence to inform decisions.
• Plan, coordinate, and run meetings, then draft minutes and track follow-up actions.
• Work closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders, share updates, and maintain alignment through Microsoft Planner and MIS trackers.
• Manage NFA approvals and perform preliminary checks on NFAs from both financial and qualitative angles.
• Partner with the CEO to design and maintain MIS trackers that measure project and business performance.

Behavioural skills

• Strong verbal and written communication, along with solid interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and advanced Excel usage.
• Careful attention to detail with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy.

Technical skills

• Ability to prepare management notes, executive summaries, and financial analyses for decision-making.
• Hands-on knowledge of tools such as MS Planner, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Clear understanding of SOPs and process flows, with the ability to suggest and implement improvements.

Requirements

• B.E. or B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a premier institute is mandatory.
• Strong financial understanding and business analytical capability are required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• MBA in Finance or Strategy is required.
• No certification is needed for this role.
