Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Analyst in Internal Audit for an Ahmedabad-based opportunity. The position focuses on evaluating controls, strengthening governance, and supporting risk-aware business operations within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out internal audits and review assignments from planning through execution and final reporting.
- Assess the organization’s control environment, risk management practices, and governance processes.
- Identify areas of exposure, evaluate business risks, and help shape risk-based audit plans.
- Perform testing to verify whether financial, operational, and compliance controls are properly designed and working effectively.
- Document audit findings clearly, draft practical recommendations, and share outcomes with management.
- Track corrective actions and confirm that agreed management responses are implemented on time.
- Work closely with different teams to coordinate audit work and align it with overall business goals.
- Keep current with audit standards, industry developments, and regulatory changes.

Compensation
